Training Log – In season strength – 12/08/13

Right now is snowboard season, which means my goal is to maintain strength while improving my sport specific fitness (by doing it) as well as focusing on developing my aerobic base.

To maintain strength without affecting my performance on the weekends I typically do a hard strength workout on Monday or Tuesday and another easier one later in the week. This way I roll into the weekend 100% but at full strength.

Below is a sample workout from a “harder” workout that falls earlier in the week.
