While I would say that I have always been generally physically fit; one year after my knee surgery I was able to deadlift 400# and squat 350# (now Dave can do considerably more on both of those lifts). While those numbers aren’t the sole achievement or goal of my program, it is pretty impressive considering I weighed 170# at the time of those lifts and that it was never even something I thought I could ever do before I came to Rogue, never mind after my surgery. Also, since starting training at Rogue I have gone from 158 up to 176 pounds; I’ve put on over 15 pounds of muscle and am leaner than when I started!
At Rogue, your program is catered to your body type, goals, weaknesses, and diet plan. You will have the perfect balance of monitored exercises to assure proper movement, safety and results but won’t have to pay the extra premium for one-on-one personal training. It is nice to finally work out with a group of coaches and group of people who are motivated to achieving their goals.
